Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns those results. Our servers do not keep a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information in that message and is used to answer it.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of visit. We review that information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the site, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or assemble individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The policy of the destination service governs information submitted there, including information entered into sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process routine logs for the site. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and otherwise do not share it.
Security Practices
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because Henderson Residents Directory has no user accounts, it does not keep a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website keeps. Nevada's data-broker and internet-privacy provisions appear in NRS 603A.300-603A.360; NRS 603A.346 addresses verified requests directing a data broker not to sell covered information. Because we retain very little, requests generally involve checking the contact mailbox and operational logs. Use the Contact page. Public records kept by Nevada, Clark County, or Henderson offices are outside our control and must be addressed to their custodian.
